Job description
Im looking after an exciting opportunity in the defence and nuclear sector for one of the best engineering companies in the space who are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to manage there building services projects to completion.
- Job Role - Senior Engineering Manager (Building Services)
- Location - Warrington
- Contract Length - 12 Months
- Pay Rates - £700 a day (INSIDE IR35)
Accountabilities and duties:
- Background in building services and demonstratable skills/abilities in the sector
- Proven ability to deliver on the requirements for a site that falls under nuclear licensing
- Ensjure all SQEP resources are utilised and monitored
- Ability to lead a multidiscipline team and proven track record of handling multi-discipline teams
- Assess team performance and work to sure efficiency has a focus on it.
- Engage and manage stakeholder relationships
System Knowledge Required:
- Meridian
- BIM/CAD Software
- Microsoft/Adobe
- Client Specific Modelling Software
Skills & Experience
- Background in Building services or engineering with vast knowledge in nuclear and defence.
- Experience of successfully managing projects across teams
- Working appreciation of financial and business requirements
- Knowledge or understanding of the nuclear licence conditions
- Fully fluent in BIM/CAD software, modelling software and MS Office packages
