Job description
Robert Half are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our clients team for a 6-month maternity cover. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making within the organisation. This position requires proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft NAV (Business Central), and Power Automate.
6 months maternity cover - day rate contract
*Must be able to travel to their Guildford offices 2/3 days a week*
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualise key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilise Microsoft NAV (Business Central) to extract and analyse operational data.
- Develop automated work flows and processes using Power Automate to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Provide training and support to users on Power BI, Microsoft NAV (Business Central), and Power Automate functionalities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience working with Microsoft NAV (Business Central) for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Worked with a sales function to create dashboards.
- Familiarity with Power Automate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
