This role is a
permanent HR Administrator role offering a salary of
up to £30,000pa. A great opportunity for development within your HR career with exposure to a wide range of the HR functions. Y our new role The role is varied and will enable the right candidate to gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment
Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policy and procedures ensuring a transparent and fair processes.
Proactively support the recruitment and hiring process from posting vacancies and organising interviews to confirming the hire. Onboarding
Process all new starter administration e.g., prepare and issue employment offer letters and contracts.
Conduct Right to Work and DBS checks.
Manage the acquisition of relevant equipment and system access rights for new starters.
Liaise with managers to ensure induction and training schedules are in place to improve the employee experience. Employee Records
Deal with all aspects of the HR management system and lead on resolving any issues that may arise. HR Policies and Procedures
Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Stay up to date with HR law and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
Create and maintain an up-to-date manual and process map for all HR administration procedures. Employee Relations
Monitor and manage the HR Inbox and be the primary point of contact for HR queries.
Support line managers with HR issues: with advice and support from the HR Lead and external HR advisors. Reporting
Provide administrative and analytical support to the team such as preparing MI data and KPI reports and conducting research to drive people insights and decision-making. General
Work closely with the leadership team to roll out new procedures and initiatives in support of departmental and wider business objectives.
What you\'ll need to succeed Experience of working in a customer service environment is desirable. ·
HR Administration experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and an aptitude for learning new software systems. ·
Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. ·
Ability to work on own initiative as well as working well in a team. ·
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ·
Adept at multi-tasking, organising, and prioritising workload. ·
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
