Are you skilled at helping different business areas understand the opportunities for improvement in their processes?

Do you have demonstrable knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and processes, experience of defining and mapping business processes, affecting change and delivering innovative solutions and experience & ability to create and maintain technical documentation including requirements documentation and process models? If this sounds like you, our 2-year fixed term Business Analyst may be the perfect role for you.

In our Business Analyst role, you’ll work with the the wider Change, Improvement & IT team to help Longhurst Group deliver high quality outcomes that meet business, and ultimately our customer’s needs. This exciting role will shape, develop, and own the end-to-end business solutions, business analysis activities, and the development and management of business requirements to deliver the benefits identified across planned projects and changes. As noted above, this role is offered on a 2-year fixed term basis working 36.25 hours per week. Our Business Analyst role is a hybrid position, which to us means a mix of home-working and time spent in one of our geographical offices (Boston, Peterborough, Lincoln or Rushden) or locations across the Midlands and the East of England to ensure that you support your team, our colleagues, and our customers.
