Job description
At Central Employment we are looking for someone to join our pharmaceutical client in Cramlington. You will be providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance team. and will play a crucial role in maintaining compliant and up-to-date documentation. You will develop proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and perform all activities per cGMP requirements.
This is an 18-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review archival processes to ensure proper logging, traceability, and location tracking.
- Execute Documentation Retrieval Challenges to comply with data governance requirements.
- Manage document filing and disposal in alignment with the Company Records Retention Schedule.
- Handle archiving for QA systems including documentation for Analytical Standards, Quality Agreements, Retained Samples, Supplier Management, and Change Controls.
- Provide support for Documentation Requests for audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form good working relationships.
- Well-organised.
- Forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to make decisions.
- Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, PDF, and Excel.
