WHAT TO EXPECT

As the BOM and Specification Analyst you will get the opportunity to be a part of our Imports and Exports Operations, you will get to be the first point of contact for all matters relating to the BoM and Engineering change management, initial point for queries and customer concerns, relationship management with the customer and UK stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Delivery of daily tasks and objectives to ensure continuation of the build to plan both within Packing Operations, and LVM plants
• Ensure launch and post Job 1 product quality targets are achieved through gateway reviews.
• Champion customer requirements relating to BOM portfolio, ensuring stakeholders are all aligned to the customer priorities and deliverables
• Ensure effective use of recognised problem solving tools, such as PPS/8D processes for communication of problem definition and subsequent resolution actions

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Essential:

• Previous experience in Engineering Change Management and BOM & Spec
• Experience working with remote diverse multicultural teams and remotely with non UK cultural environment
• Experienced problem solver and experience using recognised problem-solving tools, including PPS 8D, 5 Why’s and other problem solving techniques
