We currently have offices in Sheffield (our HQ), Leeds, Manchester & Bristol, however, a lot of us work remotely. We prefer for everyone to work however is best for them – all we ask is that people go into the office a few times a month and for team / client meetings when required.

 

Who is this great for?

The Marketing Acquisition Lead role:

We are on the hunt for an innovative and ambitious Marketing Acquisition Lead to turbocharge our growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on generating leads through strategic partnerships, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), industry-specific campaigns, and targeted social media. If you're passionate about diving deep into lead generation and crafting messages and content that resonate deeply with targeted audiences, then you're the person we're looking for.

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Experience generating high quality leads in B2B

Proven experience in ABM, content, social media and events.

Excellent communication skills, for crafting compelling messages, creating content, and for collaborating across teams.

An analytical mind that can measure and optimise campaign performance.

Ability to use campaign management and analytics tools.

Experience of using a CRM to measure performance and support sales (such as Pipedrive)

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Proactive approach to engaging internal teams in marketing.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Desire to learn and develop.
