Fantastic opportunity to deliver the visitor events programme for a stunning venue in Hertfordshire.

Our client is an award-winning Grade 1 listed events, conference and wedding venue located in Hertfordshire and set in over 190 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens.

THE ROLE

The Live Event Producer will deliver exciting event programmes which drive visitor numbers. The current programme includes everything from Festive Light Trails to Art Exhibition to Outdoor Cinemas and Foodie Experiences.

You will:
- Manage planning, ticketing, execution, operational delivery and post-event
- Ensure a quality visitor journey both digitally and on-site
- Manage budgets for each project
- Develop, implement, and manage new event concepts

This role is based in Hertfordshire and will be office-based a minimum of 4 days per week. Access to a car would definitely be beneficial.

YOU

The ideal candidate for this Live Event Producer role will have a background (ideally at least 3 years) in event management and/or production of live public events, ideally within a visitor attraction, heritage venue, museum or similar.

You will also demonstrate:
- A passion for creating engaging and innovative experiences for a variety of
visitors
- Experience translating complex ideas into enjoyable, quality live events
- Confidence working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- A track record of delivering projects on time and on budget and meeting commercial targets
