Job description
The overall focus of the post is the continuing development of a seamless clinical governance and risk management strategy which fosters multidisciplinary working across the directorate. To act as a specialist in the field of risk within the maternity and ensure the national recommendations from MBRRACE-UK Mothers and Babies: Reducing Risk through Audits and Confidential Enquires across the UK (MBRRACE), National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE), Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologists (RCOG) and NHS England guidance. To oversee the completion of the Perinatal Mortality Review Tool. The post holder will support staff within the directorate to deliver high quality services to women and their families.
