Position Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire with UK travel

Position Overview:

As HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function and wider company. You'll collaborate with leaders across departments to drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and cultivate a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Drive diversity and inclusion efforts to create a welcoming and equitable workplace.
Implement innovative HR programs and practices to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve HR processes.

Experience required:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the FMCG or similar fast paced industry
Industry relevant qualifications e.g. CIPD Level 5 or above
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships at all levels
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovative HR solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast–paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly.
Full UK driving licence and happy with travel to other sites (multi–site responsibility)
