Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Park Manager to oversee the operations of the park. The hours of work are 6:30 am-6:30pm Monday- Friday, with a pay rate of £12.93 per hour
Your Duties will include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the park
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests by implementing and enforcing safety protocols
- Oversee park maintenance, including landscaping, repairs, and equipment upkeep
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction
- Monitor park activities and events to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance to senior management
What we need from you:
- Full UK Drivers license
-Proven experience in park management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions
