Nursing Home Manager
Peterborough - commutable from Wisbech, March, Huntingdon, etc
Salary (totally negotiable) - £35,000 - £45,000
Fantastic opportunity for Experienced Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager!!
Experienced care home manager needed to join an excellent team! You will need to be a Registered Manager with a good business acumen, the passion to ensure excellent quality care every day. You will also need the ability to develop strong and effective staff teams.
You will need a strong understanding of CQC standards with good communication skills. You will also be helping the organisation in maintaining standards, therefore good organisational skills are very important. On top of this, you will need a good track record at relationship building as this is vital to the Home manager role.
Candidates do NOT need to be nurse qualified to be considered however this is preferred.
The successful Nursing Home Manager will need:
-Nursing home management experience
-Very strong knowledge of the elderly care sector
-Senior Nurse experience / team leadership
-Good knowledge and understanding of CQC records
-Good communication skills and enthusiasm
-Management experience
-Passionate and caring about what they do
-Drivers license
