Resettlement Worker

RESETTLEMENT WORKER – To work closely with clients in YMCA Bournemouth accommodation to support them to make successful transitions into long term secure tenancies. They will identify and understand the barriers clients face and provide the help and support required to overcome these while building the capacity and resilience of individuals to live independently.
The Resettlement worker will work closely with the accommodation support team, colleagues in BCP housing options teams, and local landlords to ensure our clients received the specialist help and support they need to move on to independence.
Salary£26,397.60 per annum
40 Hours per week Monday – Friday
The available role is a 12 month fixed term contract
