Job description

Coyles are looking for a Domestic & Commercial Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer on behalf of our client based in Basildon.

Job Description:

• Extensive service and breakdown experience required within both domestic and commercial gas and heating application
• Extensive experience within all mechanical aspects of commercial plant rooms, including boilers, GFWH, ASHPs, Biomas, Oil, etc
• Experience within HVAC systems, ie. AC systems, ASHP, renewables etc
• Commercial gas qualification is a requirement
• Other industry specific plumbing and qualifications are advantageous
• BMS control & electrical knowledge is advantageous
• Experience working within schools, hospitals & occupied commercial premises is required
• Experience working within private/sheltered/council domestic properties
• An engineer to start a facilities maintenance division, with practical and management experience
• Experience in completing and issuing paperwork and service sheets and records
• Progression role to expand and lead a team of breakdown engineers
