A fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation who are currently in a large period of growth and are seeking a strong Recruitment Advisor to join their growing team. Excellent opportunity for an experienced, capable Recruiter who holds end-to-end Recruitment experience, who is seeking longevity and career development from their next role.

Your New Role

Within your new role as Recruitment Advisor, you will undertake a range of end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is key to supporting the development of the organisations Recruitment strategy, ensuring that safer recruitment is adhered to, whilst supporting the organisation to manage their recruitment requirements and develop their brand.

As Recruitment Advisor, you will lead on the management of the recruitment process, managing the HRIS throughout the cycle. You will have an in-depth understanding of compliance and organisational policies and the ability to coach line managers regarding those key elements - creating training materials where necessary. It is also imperative you have excellent interpersonal skills, in order to build trusted relationships with line managers and also external agencies and representatives.

Alongside providing 360 recruitment support, you will also contribute to the development and delivery of the recruitment strategy, taking a lead on the continuous improvement of the overall recruitment function. This may include the development of innovative methods for attracting candidates, creating and continually improving recruitment materials, reviewing interview methods and reviewing the selection criteria to ensure an un-biased, equality-based process.

What You Will Need to Be A Success

• Experience of working in high volume Recruitment
• Experience of creating recruitment materials
• Experience of creating and developing an attraction strategy/approach
• Experience of working with an HRIS (iTrent Desirable) for recruitment
• Highly effective interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Safer Recruitment
