Overview

Locations: Mitcham, Surrey
Salary: £16,000 – £19,000 per annum, OTE

This is an exciting opportunity for a number of high-performing Customer Service candidates to join a well-established but fast-growing business.

My client is looking to recruit highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individuals.

This is an Immediate Start position with exceptional growth and progression opportunities!
Main responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Booking appointments in the field sales diaries
• Provide administrative support to the field sales team.
• Maintain and update company databases
• Compile reports for management
• Work closely with and support the external sales team

Highly Desirable/Mandatory

• Previous experience in a custoner service role
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills

• Works well within a team, as well as on own initiative
• Self-motivated and focused
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as colleagues
