Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager/Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering both New Build and Refurbishment projects as a number 1?

We are working with a successful, reputable Main Contractor who work across the North Wales and surrounding areas, specialising in Education & Healthcare projects, working on projects valued up to £8m.

They have won a number of new projects due to start in March and as a result they are looking to add to their close knit team.

You will be the number 1 on site, with a Site Manager/Supervisor reporting in to you.

• The smooth operational running of your assigned site
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and policies are adhered to at all times.
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Establishing and maintaining a great working relationship with the client
• Chairing regular meetings
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

The successful candidate will ideally come from a Main Contractor background, and must have experience of managing both refurbishment and new build/extension projects within the Education/Healthcare sector from start to completion.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

You will benefit from a basic salary of between £50-55k + car or car allowance, pension and further benefits.
