Superb now opportunity with a Legal 100 Profiled Team. Playing an integral role within the team, you will enjoy managing higher value and complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution cases.
The team (circa 10 lawyers) is highly-regarded and recognised as top tier in the legal directories. It continually attracts quality work and there is a pro-active approach to mentoring and career development.
Acting for an interesting mix of clients (OMBs, SMEs and large corporates), across all industry and business sectors, the team is experienced in all types of disputes including:
• Breach of contract
• Misrepresentation actions
• Professional Negligence and Indemnity cases
• Property Litigation and Landlord & Tenant Disputes
• Passing off and IP infringement
• IT disputes(both software and hardware) including supply, maintenance & hosting
• Company disputes involving shareholders, directors and partners
• Finance Litigation
