Home Instead are a local home care company providing Home Care and Live In care for our elderly clients. You will see from our 5* review ratings we have a fantastic reputation for providing the highest quality care in a compassionate and unrushed way, covering the areas of Altrincham, Sale & Wythenshawe. 

 Our Caregivers come from all walks of life and are united with the common desire to care for older members of our community and make our clients happy. Some of our caregivers worked in care settings that were very rushed and they didn't have time to get to know their clients. We have retirees that don't want to retire, students needing part time hours, people from retail, hospitality, travel sector, ex services, parents/ grandparents who want to get home for the school run.....the list is endless!

What we offer our Care Professionals : 

• Unrushed appointments, giving you ample time to understand and assist your client.
• £13.40 - £14.40 pr hr, recognising the essential role you play in our clients' lives.
• Sufficient time to travel between calls plus paid mileage, ensuring you never feel rushed.
• Careful client matching based on hobbies and interests, facilitating genuine connections.
• Our Care Professionals are more than just caregivers, they are friends and confidants who provide personal, dignified care. We're seeking compassionate individuals dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of others.
• Mileage 35p per mile
• Paid DBS

What you need:

• Kind heart and empathy
• Excellent English communication 
• Based in Sale or Altrincham or Wythenshawe
• A driver with own transport 
• Alternate Weekend availability As our clients have care 7 days a week
