Location: St Helens, Merseyside 

Position: Maths Tutor for Key Stage 4 

Start Date: March 11th 

Schedule: 3-5 days a week, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm 

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young minds? Connex Education is seeking a dedicated Maths Tutor to join a secondary school in St Helens, Merseyside, for Key Stage 4 students.

The role:

As a Maths Tutor, you will work with small groups of students, focusing on Key Stage 4 Maths and Science. With a maximum of 6 students per session and up to 5 sessions per day, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized attention and support to help students excel in their studies.

Requirements:

• Hold a QTS or 3+ years of tutoring experience.
• Proven experience in tutoring Maths, particularly at the KS4 level.
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the KS4 Maths curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate students’ availability.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
