ROLE: Finance Business Partner
SALARY: £45,000
LOCATION: Winnersh
Responsibilities:
Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with the Senior Business Partner to build forecasts and budgets.
Informed Decision Making: Provide insightful analyses for tactical decisions.
Support Inside Sales: Empower the team with data-driven insights.
Sales Targets: Contribute to setting annual targets and quotas.
Reporting: Keep the business informed with timely reports.
️ Segmentation & Territory Management: Refine customer segmentation and optimize territory design.
Process Improvements: Maintain accurate master data.
️ Ad-hoc Support: Dive into projects to drive success.
About You :
Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA, or AAT (part-qualified).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in finance/commercial finance.
Analytical Skills: Excel proficiency and comfortable with large datasets.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills.
Bonus Skills: Power BI, commercial experience, or industry knowledge.
