Are you a 1stline engineer with at least 6 months of recent IT support experience?  

About the company

Our client is a well-established MSP, and they are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their fast-growing team. The candidate will be required to work on the Helpdesk supporting clients which consists of a clients within the education sector. You will also be working on specific projects and tasks defined with you by the Management Team

Technical Skills:

• Hosted desktop environments
• Microsoft Windows 7 to 10
• Office 2007 – 2016 – especially Outlook
• PC Hardware
• Network Printers
• Active directory / O365

Salary: £25,000 pa
