Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Breaking down whole animals into primal joints
• Boning out of joints, trimming and tieing
• Manufacture of sausages/meat and all variety of minces

The training you will be getting

Advanced butcher level 3:

Full on site training monitored and set by 100004140

Training will be at Origin butchers, Orchard House, New Road, Olveston, Bristol BS 35 4EG

Apprentices must achieve:

A, Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision 

B. Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food

C. Level 3 Award in Health and Safety in the Food Supply Chain Business

Apprentices without level 2 English and mathematics will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end point assessment.
