Our client is currently looking to recruit for an Associate Structural Engineer, the successful candidate minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects, collaborating with a dedicated and professional team of engineers.

Responsabilites:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to develop integrated and efficient structural solutions.
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Conduct structural analysis and design for a variety of building types, considering both traditional and innovative approaches.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, ensuring that the structural engineering solutions align with project objectives.
Requirements
- BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (Or equivalent too)
- Chartered Engineer with MIStructE or MICE.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design.
- Proven expertise in the use of structural analysis software and design codes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
