Job description

As an Administrative Assistant for Alton Towers Resort, you will play a crucial rule in being a point of contact for both colleagues and guests, ensuring efficient communication in & out of the organisation. Your responsibilities will vary from delegating deliveries across the resort and ensuring post is coordinated correctly to managing lost items and coordinating efforts to re unite guests with their belongings. As part of the role, you are required to ensure that visitors are signed in & out as well as accounted for, ensuring the safety and security of our resort is never compromised. In addition to those duties, you will have the opportunity to work with local/national charities by providing memorable experiences at the resort.
