The existing Retail Partner is also a CLO and has been with the business since it opened. He’s passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Optometry Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required. There are excellent transport links with a mainline railway station within walking distance of the store and access to the A68 and A1 nearby. With new housing being developed in the area, Consett is a convenient commuter village to Newcastle and Durham, both around 15 miles away.
