Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Learn and develop on-the-job skills as part of this apprenticeship, partnered with one of our linked training providers
- Collaborate with the wider team to provide technical support and assistance to staff members
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime
- Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
The training you will be getting
- You will receive full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to increase your skills
- Your training will include gaining a Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualifications
- Functional skill maths and English (if required)
