Salary: £35,000 pa

Our well known manufacturing client are recruiting for a Technical Support to join their IT team in support of their ERP systems. Ensuring that the system is running smoothly and being proactive in error detection.

As a Technical Support Administrator you can benefit from:

The role of a Technical Support Administrator will include:

• Monitoring the companies ERP system
• Providing 1st and 2nd line support to internal users
• Carrying out testing and validation of any systems changes and upgrades
• Assisting with repair and recovery from hardware or software issues

The ideal Technical Support Administrator should have the following skills and experience:

• 3-5 years experience working with ERP systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
