You will gain the operational skills, knowledge, personal development, and leadership exposure to accelerate your career and prepare you for your first supervisor/management position within 18 months.
What can you expect from our Graduate Programme?
Starting on 2nd September 2024, you'll spend 18 months in 3 different departments - Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Meeting & Events - whilst completing a special project. Then you will be ready for your next role, helped along the way by:

- Are a recent or soon to be graduate
- Are passionate about hotels and hospitality
- Have the right to work in the UK region
- Have experience working in hospitality, and/or a Hospitality Degree
