We are currently seeking a skilled Site Agent to join our prestigious client on a contract basis for a significant civil engineering project. As the Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the construction site, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
·Manage day-to-day operations on-site, including coordination of resources, subcontractors, and materials.
·Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
·Supervise and provide guidance to site personnel, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.
·Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or delays promptly to maintain project schedule.
·Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project managers, to communicate progress and resolve any issues effectively.
·Oversee steel works, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:
·Previous experience as a Site Agent within the civil engineering sector, preferably with a focus on Highways projects.
·Demonstrable experience with steel works within civil construction projects.
·Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
·Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate site teams.
·Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
·Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management would be advantageous.
