Job description
Our client specialises in offering life-insurance-based wealth management and employee benefit solutions to a global audience is seeking to recruit a New Business & Policy Servicing Administrator, Guernsey.
Key responsibilities will include;
• Support and assist with planning, conducting, and reporting results in regards user acceptance testing on various systems
• Support and assist with the production of training material for new functionality / systems or operational procedures
• Ensure risk and issue reporting is conducted in the risk reporting tool
• Learn and gain knowledge in regards Anti-Money Laundering, due diligence and customer risk reviews conducted in policy servicing and wider business areas
• In conjunction with the team, proactively identify other opportunities to enhance our policy servicing deliverables
• Ensure a continual focus on customer experience, keeping customers informed and treating customers fairly
• Partake in additional learning opportunities across the whole operational delivery
• Achieve training needs; support and drive additional training requirements
• As part of this role, the company will provide funding and support for a study programme towards a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance (or similar) in order to enable personal development and awareness of Insurance products and processes.
The successful candidate will have:
• Good computer skills with capabilities in Word & Excel
• Able to work under time pressure
• AML, CDD, Risk assessment awareness, including local regulatory requirements will be an advantage
