I am currently working with several schools in Warrington & Halton, who are looking for Teaching Assistants to work ad hoc days - this is ideal for university students or those in current employment who are looking to boost their main income. The schools we partner with cater to diverse additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, SLD, MLD, PMLD, and challenging behaviour. We are actively seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants for day-to-day assignments.
Key Responsibilities of a SEND Teaching Assistant:
• Provide support to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships.
• Collaborate with staff to develop tailored learning plans and pathways, facilitating personal growth in students.
• Demonstrate commitment to enhancing students' lives socially, physically, or academically.
• Demonstrate proficiency in offering intimate care to students when necessary.
• Exhibit resilience, quick thinking, and adaptability in various environments.
