Job description
We are looking to appoint an inspirational, innovative and highly motivated Head of Careers and LRC who will continue to build on our excellent careers and Learning Resource Centre provision for pupils; ensuring pupils are well prepared to meet the demands of the complex modern world, and are able to make judicious decisions about their future.
The successful candidate will establish and deliver a vision for careers and higher education guidance that helps all pupils to achieve their chosen pathway; providing high quality and impartial careers and higher education guidance. They will also manage our Learning Resource Centre, which is used extensively by Sixth Form pupils for private study.
