Job Description
- Oversee the management of a housing portfolio.
- Implement policy and procedural changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for housing assets.

- Respond to and resolve housing related queries.
- Lead on rent arrears and income collection.
