Our client is a multinational medical equipment manufacturer passionate about driving innovation in Orthopaedics, Wound Care and Sports Medicine.
This role is about taking clinical evidence from a range of sources (publications, abstracts, registries) and presenting it in an easily accessible and understandable format for a range of audiences (sales teams, healthcare professionals and patients). You will deliver short summary reports, infographics, white papers, slide decks, and clinical evidence compendia.The role will work collaboratively with sales and marketing, clinical strategy and publications, medical education, and other communication functions across the globe. Ensuring materials and services are aligned with our clients overall business strategy.Job Functions
Support the development and execution of the evidence communication strategy for focus brands to drive the team's purpose of 'making evidence accessible to amplify its value'.
Collaborate with the commercial organisation, e.g., Sales and Marketing, Sales Training, Market Access, HEOR and other communication functions.
Apply expertise in communications techniques/channels to support business objectives and measure impact.
Develop, build, and implement strategic evidence communications plans in line with business strategy.
Responsible for reviewing and editing evidence communications content, in a highly regulated environment.
Requirements
Degree or higher degree, preferably in a scientific or medical subject or a communications-based subject (e.g. Journalism/English)
Experience of developing scientific/medical communications or education services, or in a professional communications role (e.g. medical writer / Editor) and rolling out assets to internal and external partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills that enable effective collaborative working
Experience of partnering with external consultants/agencies.
