About the Role:
GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant for immediate placement at Client Primary Schools in Newcastle upon Tyne . We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient Primary Teaching Assistant committed to nurturing the educational journey of young learners and, providing invaluable support to both students and teachers.

 
Primary Teaching Assistant Role:

• Establish a welcoming and compassionate presence for the children, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the academic and social needs of the children, adjusting teaching approaches to cater to individual learning styles.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive team, ensuring a cohesive and cooperative approach to education.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and effective learning strategies on a daily basis.
• Provide personalized support to students through one-on-one interactions, addressing their specific academic and social requirements.
• Facilitate learning in small groups, fostering a collaborative and interactive learning environment.
• Follow the guidance of the class teacher, ensuring alignment with the overall educational objectives and plans.
