WAT ECF Lead
Salary: L4 - L8
We are recruiting for an WAT Early Career Framework (ECF) Lead. The WAT ECF Lead is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational running of the National Institute of Teaching’s (NIoT’s) ECF programme across our Associate College.
The successful candidate will be an experienced school leader who will enjoy working with the WAT Head of Professional Development and Talent on securing, managing and delivering NIoTs ECF programme and growing the impact and quality of our ECF provision.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our programmes and work in close collaboration with colleagues regionally and nationally to continuously improve the quality of teacher development. The WAT ECF Lead is supported by an administrator, collectively ensuring that we respond to the requests from ECTs and their mentors in a timely manner.
