Job Role :- Payroll Systems Specialist
Contract :- Min 6-month contract
Location :- Birchwood, Warrington (WA3)
Pay Rate :- £40K p/yr.
Hours :- Mon - Fri 9am-5:00pm (Hybrid role)

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Systems Specialist for our client based in the Birchwood area of Warrington.
You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, accuracy and troubleshooting of the software Workday System, whilst ensuring the day-to-day operation is maintained.

As the Payroll Systems Specialist your duties will be :-

- Identify opportunities to enhance the payroll system - Workday System to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support to payroll administrators.
- Advise on system fixes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday System issues in a timely manner.
- Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Be actively involved in project work.
- Flexible to be hands on with the day-to-day operations.

The Payroll Systems Specialist will have the following skills :-

- Proven solid work history in payroll systems administration.
- In depth technical knowledge of payroll software system Workday System.
- Must be advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
