Job Description
- Experience of leading and developing a highly motivated team.
- Knowledge of service charge legislation.
- Ensure systems and ledgers are maintained to consider for service charge costs and income.
- Collaborate with the wider business to ensure service charges are affordable and represent good value for money for the residents.
- Work towards productivity targets and contribute proactively in team meetings.
