Estates Surveyor
- MRICS qualified or demonstrable experience of undertaking general practise estates surveying roles for Local Authorities
- General practise surveying position with focus on Landlord & Tenant work across a diverse Local Authority commercial portfolio of operational and income producing investment assets
- Excellent understanding of statutory obligations relating to Local Authority transactions, Landlord & Tenant 1954 Act, procurement regulations etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor the approach to the audience, draft logical and coherent briefing notes for Members, Senior Management and for audit trail purposes.
- Attention to detail is a key, as is an enthusiastic and solutions based approach to projects.
Bromley Council operates a hybrid working policy with all team members required to work from the Civic Centre a minimum of two days per week, one of which is Wednesday’s. Applicants will require a UK driving licence and access to a car for undertaking site inspections.
