Job description

A new role has just landed for a Deputy Manager for a national Children provider supporting vulnerable children with complex trauma

We are looking for someone who can support the manager in leading, mentoring and coaching a team who provide high quality person-centred care and support for individuals with complex care needs.

We are looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Extensive experience working with children or young adults in residential settings
• Knowledge of OFSTED standards and regulations
