Job description
Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Building Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading real estate services firm to be based on site in City of London . In this role, the Building Manager will be responsible for managing a multi-tenant building ensuring a legally compliant, safe, customer focussed environment providing agreed levels of service.
Your role will require you to be highly customer focussed, acting as the first point of contact for occupier queries and regular communications. Initially you will manage the set-up of the building, engaging with the client and tenants within a newly refurbished medium size property. You will also be responsible for the operational day to day aspects of building management complying with risk management practices and managing staff and contractors.
For this role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a customer focussed role and who has a practical understanding of day-to-day commercial building management. You will hold an IOSH qualification and ideally be a member of a professional body such as IWFM.
