Job description
Empowering Learning are supporting a nationally recognised alternative education provider who has schools based across the UK. They are seeking to appoint a number of experienced SEN teachers on a permanent basis, for one of their provisions based in the Northamptonshire area. The provision supports between 30 - 35 students (KS3 to KS4), who require a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment. The school consists of a core team of the Head of School, Deputy Headteacher, with a team of specialist teachers and support staff.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Teachers - to hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS
- Tutors - to have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
- Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care.
- Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies
- A commitment to holistic student development
- Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it
- Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives

Salary offered: £30,000 - 40,000 (Dependent on experience)
