Overview
Looking for a Customer Service job at a company with amazing benefits and excellent opportunities for progression? A well-established company based in North West London are looking for a Customer Service Advisor.
Salary: £21,000
Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls to the customer care line/ switchboard, and direct calls to where necessary in line with MORAs telephone handling guidance
- Being first point of contact for customer commendations, queries and issues.
- Respond to any emails that come through to the generic email address and forward them on to the relevant department.
- Keeping all enquiry and complaint records up to date.
- Load, and share with both our internal teams and clients any Customer Commendations received.
- Maintaining Relationships with our clients via telephone and visits, where required.
- Sending Daily Communication Reports to our clients to detail the progress of all open customer communications.
- Participate in daily conference calls with client.
- Update Twitter, the website and the intranet with customer commendations and news when required
Skills/Experience
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Secondary Educated to a Good standard
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to an intermediate standard.
- Strong PC skills with the ability to learn in house systems and software
