Overview

My client is looking for an experienced Contract Solution Architect to support with ongoing development, maintenance, and delivery of technical knowledge and determines the technical feasibility of large development projects

Key information

Role: Solution Architect

Location: 3 day p/week in Leeds

Rate: £600 - £650 p/day

Contract Length: 3 months

Start Date: ASAP

IR35: Inside

Skills & experience needed:

• 15+ years of experience in software, network, or systems architecture
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required; advanced degree required
• Experience in architectural design, strong knowledge of architectural governance.
• Knowledge in programming language(s) with a focus on Java and Angular.
• Solid working knowledge in a plurality areas, such as Network Design (LAN and WAN), Storage System Architectures, Service-Oriented Architecture technologies, XML and XSLT, and Parallel Processing Architectures (such as SMP and NUMA).
• Experience with a plurality of operating systems, such as Windows Server, UNIX (Linux), and z/OS.
