Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a family friendly hotel on the outskirts of Eastleigh and are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team.

Your responsibility will encompass everything from preparing ingredients and coordinating kitchen operations to manage food presentation and ensuring high standard of quality and hygiene.
