Job description

Our client, based in Londonderry is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team

Job Description:

- Answering queries at public counter from members of the public, legal reps, and other Justice partners. Dealing with phone and email queries from members of the public, legal reps, and other Justice partners. Processing payments at the public counter and payments received in the mail. Opening and sorting post.

- Preparing papers for Court.

- Dealing with queries from potential jurors and other jury panel work as required.

- Court clerk duties. This work is carried out in a Courtroom.

- Any other admin duties as required in a busy, public facing Court Office.

Essential Criteria:

- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)

- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Good communication skills

- Ability to use own initiative

Wage:

- £11.99ph (weekly)

Location:

- Courthouse, Bishop Street, Londonderry

Start Date:

- ASAP

Length Of Assignment:

- 3+ Months

Work Pattern:

- Monday to Friday on a flexible pattern between 9am and 5pm.

- 37hr per week
