Remanufacturing Manager

Location : Based in Follingsby, NE10
Salary : £33K per annum, DOE + Bonus / Incentive Scheme
Contract : Full time, Permanent
Hours : Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm

Are you looking for a Manufacturing role that is out of the ordinary?

We are the largest independent provider of technical services support to the UK drinks dispense industry, we’re committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service and technical expertise to the more than 90,000 licensed and non-licensed premises that we support.

We are now recruiting for a Remanufacturing Manager to lead a team of operatives in the remanufacture of drinks dispense equipment.

In addition to this you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies for the remanufacturing process.
• Identifying and eliminate defects, improving efficiency and reducing process variations.
• Driving continuous improvement in product quality through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborating with a variety of colleagues including supply chain, procurement and more!

The role will suit someone with experience in production, manufacturing, remanufacturing and ideally with supervisor or management experience- or you could be ready for the next step upwards.

You will be welcomed into a team of specialists who are passionate about ‘Keeping Britain Pouring’ and who will do anything and everything they can for our customers and each other.

You will already have:

• Six Sigma Black Belt and in-depth knowledge of Lean methodologies
• Skills in project implementation and process optimisation
• Team leadership/manager/supervisor experience
• Proven experience in a remanufacturing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication ability.

It would be great if you had:

• An understanding of the hospitality/licensed trade would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
• Supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, production and inventory management knowledge would be useful.
