Job description
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive requirements for IT development teams.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development teams.
Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to all relevant parties.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the IT team.
Convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Update stakeholders on project progress and communicate any changes or issues that may arise.
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Recommend and implement solutions that align with business objectives and technological capabilities.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
Participate in testing activities to ensure that IT solutions meet business needs and specifications.
Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
