To shape the HR provision, providing and delivering the highest quality HR service across the full employee life cycle. To provide information and guidance to the Leadership Team on matters of HR policy, legislation, governance and employee relations.

Description
- Provide day to day support to the HR team and ensure thorough objective setting, appraisal management and the agreement of personal development plans.
- Oversee allocation of workload within the department
- Lead the staff recruitment processes alongside the HR Manager, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring we have frequent communication with candidates
- development and implementation of a HR Strategy which supports the company development plans and encompasses work already being carried out around staff wellbeing.
- Support the HR Projects Manager on nominated projects, ensuring effective planning, communication and implementation throughout.
- improve management / employee communications where needed, including mediating disputes and advising line managers on how to implement HR policies.
